DIGIMATIC MICROMETER COMPATIBLE DATA ACQUISITION DEVICE
TESTBOX 1100 series devices are designed to collect data from ultra-precise digital
displacement gauges of Mutitoyo Digimatic series in particular. Each device includes
4 channels and the chain of devices can be expanded up to 32 channels over single
TESTBOX1100 series devices fit properly for tests like Soil Mechanics-Consolidation
tests, in which it is required to acquire data from more than one channels and starting
each test at a different start time.
ACCESSORIES AND OPTIONS
TESTBOX1100 devices are provided with a TESTBOX- Bridge (Devic Gateway) together
with the product for computer connection.
Computer controlled consolidation test solution comprises micrometer digital
displacement sensors, data collection devices and software
Comaptible with TS1900 Testing Standards

Automatic Square Root – Time
Logarithm – Time Versus Settling Graphics
With the help of triggering function, automatic recording starts when the user
leaves the load to the load arm at the consolidation test station.
Automatic sensing the moment when settling stops and swellıng restarts for
experiments which are started with non-swelled samples.
Automatic “SQUARE TIME – SETTLING” and “LOGARITHM TIME- SETTLING”
with special analysis methods.
Calculating the “time value when 90 percent of the settlement takes place”
which is used for determining the consolidation constant as well as “t90” and
“t50” and thus minimizing the engineering efforts.
While obtaining the t90 value with the analysis method developed and the
reference systems, standardizing the lineer line for the square root time –
settling graphics obtained from all experiments
Starting test in several stations simultaneously.
Recording and reporting the information of the sample.
Instantenous monitoring of square root time – settling graphic pertinent a the
sample in any of the stations where the experiment continues actively.
Recoding and reporting in MS Excel (.xls) format.
Adjustable and detailed automatic reporting options.
